Fee Structure
I believe you should get what you're paying for—and clearly understand how much you're paying. My fee structure is simple and transparent, with no hidden charges or confusing layers. You pay for the investment decisions I make on your behalf, and nothing more.
How My Fees Work
My fee structure is straightforward: I charge a percentage of assets under management. This creates a natural alignment of incentives—when your account grows, we both benefit. It's in my interest to help you succeed over the long term, because my compensation rises only when your portfolio does.
I invest only when I find something worth buying—and those opportunities don't come on a predictable schedule. Rather than force money into mediocre ideas, I'd rather keep uninvested capital in a low-cost index fund or hold it in cash until the right opportunity appears. If you prefer, you can deposit funds as new ideas come up rather than all at once. Either approach works, and you only pay my fee on capital I've actively invested. I don't charge commissions, performance fees, or hidden costs.
To encourage long-term partnership, my fees are tiered: the larger your account balance, the lower the percentage you pay.
My fee structure is as follows:
The first $500,000
1.5% of Assets Under Management
1.25% of Assets Under Management
$500,001 - $750,000
$750,001 and Above
1% of Assets Under Management
* My fee applies only to money I've actually put to work. Cash sitting in your account and any ETFs or index funds you hold separately don't count toward assets under management.
